  1. I don't get it. Is that lbs you are talking about? I have been trying something as of late. Don't eat anything after 7pm. If I am hungry, then only 2 small bites of anything healthy or a big glass of milk. It lets me wake up hungry and I eat most of my calories early on in the day. So, if of course this post is not about pounds, well, hehe and haha ha. Just consider it a little inside info on the details of my eating habits. haha.

  2. Yes, Linda, you are on the right track. I am counting down every one of the 10 pounds I have to lose in these 3 short weeks. The good ole magic 8 ball marks 8 more pounds to go to reach my goal!
